Zero Customer Service and Poor Quality
We have been ordering from Fantastic Displays for years but will never order from them again. We have a new supplier and are happy to pay more for good customer service. The banner arrived damaged. They told us to take the other foot off to solve the problem. But worst of all, there isn't color consistency so you can't have banners standing side by side, even if Fantastic Displays printed all the others using the same company colors.

Sleek Design and Sturdy
I opted for this banner rather than the two-pronged one only because I wanted a more sturdy product. This one definitely worked out for me. The only drawback was the the retractable feature can be a bit dangerous if you're not being careful. So do pay attention when setting it up and don't be in a rush. But overall, it worked out well for me.

Banner does not retract
Print job looks good but there is no tension on the banner and it won't retract and go back in the container. Customer service was nice when I called and said they would send another right away. Hope that one works.

Very good quality!
This banner is indeed very high in quality! The first time I ordered I didn't know about their printing service and had mine printed at UPS. This time I ordered print ad and saved the step of installing the ad into the roll, which took a while for me to do last time with another banner stand.
