Before you upload your artwork to us, please make sure you've gone through the guidelines and requirements that are appropriate for the product you've ordered. Images that are in the wrong format, too low in resolution, or are the wrong dimensions can cause in a delay in your turnaround time since we would need to contact you to make the necessary changes.

To avoid confusion, please name your image files to the NAME on the order and include your invoice/order number in the Subject field.

ourchased banner kit hardware
I work for a local municipal government that periodically orders these hardware kits for street banners. I wanted to get the best price and asked the city's purchasing dept. about the vender they use; assuming surely the price would be competitive. After searching online I found no vendor locally came close to the price for the same product, same quality as Fantastic Design; their price before sale of these hardware was actually lower than the others. I purchased the banner kits at a 1/3 of the price. I have shared this information with our purchasing dept., as well as a sample of the product. I would rate the product equal or better in quality to what we have ordered at a much lower price.

Problem after problem
I didn't want to write this, but since I have received no correspondence in several months, I felt I should warn others. We ordered several of these street pole banners and they looked nice. However, just weeks after installing, they started to come undone and fall off the poles, one by one. We have had three total fall. At first, customer service was very helpful, but the replacement banners they sent us were hot pink instead of red. I contacted them again and was told to send a swatch of the actual red banner. I sent the swatch in July and never heard back. I have emailed our rep multiple times to see if they received the sample, and still no response. It is now November and we have decided to eat our cost and reprint with another company. Completely dissatisfied with everything from quality to service.

Great for it's price
The banner looks very thing but it's very durable. We hung it on a pole and it's holding up good. There's no wave on this banner even on windy days.
