Case is torn!
As stated in previous comments, the carrying case is cheap and tears easily. I was able to get a replacement however, since my purchase was within the return period. When the replacement case tears, I'm probably going to just find something else to put it in (if I don't need another banner stand by then!). Overall, good product with an even better price

Great banner stand, terrible carrying case
We've had the banner stand since last summer and it's held up well for conferences. Beware the cheap carrying case, though, which has already ripped. The company will not replace it, and I can't find another one for under $300 that will do the job. So while $170 is an unbeatable price for the banner stand, there are hidden costs. Let's face it: the stand is pretty useless if you can't take it anywhere!

Our double-sided retractable roll up banner sign is beautiful! I can't wait to use it at our conference. It is easy to set up and it looks great. Good value! Service and speed of delivery was great!

two out of three ain't bad
I like the stands. Portable, reasonably priced. On came busted on the end though. I contacted the company at 5:30pm...they were about to leave but turned on their computers to confirm they would ship me a replacement 2nd day air in time to meet our exhibiting obligations.

very worth it
honestly, double-sided print for just $170.... cant find this price anywhere. We use this for our print trade show every year.
