i ordered the stand and had them do the print as well so they put it together for me. i put it up right out of the box. A+

the comment below could have been easily addressed if you order the print from them. The price is very cheap and the quality is not bad. They do the installation for you!

so hard to put together

if you are small like me, make sure you have another person assemble this with you. Once you take out the key on the right, the banner will start rolling into the base. I had such a hard time making sure the two sides go in at an equal pace. I had to hold the middle and ask two other people to hold on either side for me. I'm not sure how the other retractable banner stands work, but this was definitely hassle.
